- Demonstrate advanced expertise in conducting learning needs assessments, designing curricula and content architectures, defining content strategies and training approaches, and personally developing and reviewing design documents, storyboards, scripts, and a wide range of instructional assets.
- Apply deep and practical knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, emerging learning trends, and learning effectiveness measurement models to drive high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.
- Lead and actively contribute to the design and development of diverse learning interventions, including instructor-led training, digital learning, video-based solutions, game-based learning, microlearning, and immersive learning experiences such as AR/VR.
- Partner closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into effective learning solutions, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, learner needs, and delivery timelines.
- Leverage solid hands-on proficiency and technical understanding of industry-standard and client-specific authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, Evolve, and SAP Enable Now,



and guide teams on optimal tool selection and usage.
- Exhibit strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills, while balancing individual contribution with team oversight and delivery accountability.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, including delivery ownership and hands-on contribution to business development activities such as RFP responses, POCs, solutioning, and case study development in support of pre-sales initiatives.
- Support organizational growth by contributing to recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives within the instructional design practice.
- Define, implement, and continuously refine instructional design standards, templates, guidelines, review checklists, and governance processes to ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
- Oversee and conduct rigorous quality reviews of project outputs, providing hands-on feedback and guidance to ensure all deliverables consistently meet established quality benchmarks and client expectations.
