Lead Employee Benefit Operations with AP/AR and travel claims expertise. Manage 25–40 resources, review claims, resolve all escalations, analyze trends, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, publish reports, support stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Required Candidate profile

Commerce graduate with CA Inter qualification and 10–15 years of FnA/HRO experience. Robust in AP/AR, travel claims, reimbursements, team management, SAP, Excel, stakeholder management, and reporting.
