In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical architecture, product strategy, and business execution ensuring enterprise software, cloud platforms, and internal systems are delivered predictably, securely, and at scale. Preferred experience to Banking Programs/rojects.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Technical ExecutionDrive high-impact software engineering and IT programs from inception through rollout, aligning engineering roadmaps with company objectives. preferred experience to Banking Programs/Projects Partner with engineering leads, system architects, and product managers to define system dependencies, technical scope, technical risks, and architectural trade-offs. Deconstruct complex system requirements into actionable,



milestone-based execution plans across multiple agile teams. Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management Facilitate cross-team technical alignment across frontend, backend, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, QA, and security teams.Serve as the central communication point for executive leadership, product management, and business stakeholders, delivering clear status reporting, risk assessments, and progress metrics.Manage third-party vendor relationships, tool integrations, and enterprise IT software deployments. Delivery, Process & Operations Standardize contemporary Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery velocity and code release predictability.Track and report on program health metrics, engineering KPIs, resource allocation, and budget burn rates.Identify operational bottlenecks, continuous delivery risks, and technical debt, driving mitigation plans before they impact timelines.Required Qualifications.Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information
