Document all system configurations, setup decisions, processes, and changes.
Support data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, loading, and reconciliation.
Review, understand, and map Functional Design (FD) documents into PLM configurations and technical requirements.
Coordinate with cross-track teams to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, and ensure alignment across integrations and business processes.
Provide end-to-end support across project tracks, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, UAT, and go-live support.
Prepare and share required project data, status updates, configuration details, and documentation with relevant stakeholders.
Support test execution, defect tracking, and resolution during implementation phases.
