Job Description

We are hiring Claims Processors for a non-voice healthcare claims process. The role involves reviewing healthcare claims and supporting documents, verifying information, and accurately processing claims through internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Process healthcare claims through ServiceNow and internal platforms.
- Review invoices, expense reports, premium claims, and supporting documents.
- Verify and enter claim details accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and SLA requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim-related issues.
