We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in preparing MIS and business reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Understanding of data cleaning and visualization.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
