• Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM
• Expertise in Demand Management, Innovation Management, PPM & APM
• Experience with Resource Management & Financial Planning
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM / IT Business Management
• ServiceNow development – JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies & Integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio & Integration Hub
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs & Web Services
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile & SAFe frameworks




• Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, Demand, Resource Management, Agile Development and Financial Planning
• Customize project templates, scoring models and portfolio dashboards
• Design scalable ServiceNow technical solutions and integrations
