Production Support (L2/L3)

Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management (ITIL)

Batch Monitoring (Control-M / Autosys / similar)

Splunk (log analysis, alerts)

Linux Admin – Moderate

Scripting: Shell or Python (for automation/support tasks)

Observability / SRE basics (monitoring, alerts, SLAs)

Good to Have

Cloud Ops (Basic/Moderate) – AWS/Azure

Grafana / APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
