- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly achievement of assigned business targets and take timely corrective actions wherever required.
- Engaging & empaneling with various DSAs in that particular location for increasing Traffic for HL.
- Expand business by identifying, empanelling and activating DSAs across the assigned geography.
- Monitor portfolio quality across delinquency buckets and identify emerging risks for timely action.
- Empanelment & handling of DSA’s with focus on File login.
- Implement and execute the commercial strategy to achieve assigned productivity and business growth targets.
- Ensure adherence to approved credit processes, policies and systems.
