Important Requirement:

Candidates with relevant experience in the Renewable Energy / Solar Industry (Solar Procurement) are preferred.

Candidates applying for CCTV Procurement should have relevant experience in CCTV / ELV / Security Surveillance / Networking procurement.

About PV Smart Energy LLP :

PV Smart Energy LLP is a growing supplier of electrical materials and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for experienced, result-oriented professionals to join our Procurement Team and manage sourcing and procurement activities across Solar, Electrical, CCTV, Industrial, and related materials.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end procurement of Solar, Electrical, CCTV, Industrial, and Civil materials.
- Source and identify reliable suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Float RFQs, collect and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status, dispatch, delivery, shortages, and pending materials.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, stores, project, finance, and internal teams for smooth material movement.
- Handle GRN, invoices, payment follow-ups, stock transfers, consignment, subcontracting, and material movement documentation.
- Monitor inward materials, inventory requirements, and procurement documentation.
- Conduct market research and develop current suppliers to improve pricing, availability, and procurement efficiency.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, quotation records, purchase orders, and procurement reports.




- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and alternative sourcing.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed within the required cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

CCTV Procurement Responsibilities :

The candidate handling CCTV procurement should have knowledge and experience in sourcing and purchasing:

- IP CCTV Cameras
- Dome Cameras
- Bullet Cameras
- PTZ Cameras
- HD/Analog Cameras
- NVR / DVR
- CCTV Hard Disks / Storage
- PoE Switches
- Network Switches
- CCTV Cables
- Power Supplies / SMPS
- Racks and Cabinets
- Monitors
- Connectors and CCTV Accessories
- Networking and Surveillance Equipment
- Other ELV / Security System materials

CCTV-Specific Responsibilities:

- Understand CCTV BOMs, technical specifications, quantities, and project requirements.
- Source CCTV and ELV materials from authorised/reliable distributors and manufacturers.
- Obtain and compare technical and commercial quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate price, credit terms, warranty, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
- Identify alternative brands/products based on project specifications and budget.
- Coordinate with technical/project teams to ensure the procured materials meet required specifications.
- Track CCTV material orders from PO release to final delivery.
- Maintain updated vendor and product databases for CCTV/ELV materials.

Technical Procurement Knowledge

Experience/knowledge in procurement of:

Solar

Solar modules, inverters, solar structures, ACDB, DCDB, HT panels, cables, DWC pipes, earthing materials, and other solar/electrical materials.

Electrical

Electrical Components, Cables, Lugs, Glands, Panels, Switchgear, Earthing Materials, Industrial Electrical Products, and related materials.

CCTV / ELV

IP Cameras, Dome/Bullet/PTZ Cameras, NVR/DVR, HDDs, PoE Switches, Network Switches, CCTV Cables,



Power Supplies, Racks, Connectors, and Security/Surveillance accessories.

Solar/Electrical procurement experience will be an added advantage.

Additional Responsibilities Procurement Head:

- Lead and manage the procurement team and allocate responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and supplier networks.
- Develop procurement strategies based on project and business requirements.
- Monitor procurement costs, vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Lead major price negotiations and achieve cost optimization.
- Review and approve procurement plans, quotations, and Purchase Orders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, controls, and documentation.
- Identify new suppliers, products, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with Management, Project, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Technical teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

Procurement Executive

- 25 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, CCTV/ELV, EPC, Industrial, or Construction procurement preferred.
- Candidates with Solar Procurement experience will be preferred.

Procurement Head

- 6+ years of relevant procurement experience.
- Must have team-handling and vendor-management experience.
- Strong experience in procurement planning, negotiation, supplier development, and cost control.
- Experience in Solar/Electrical/Industrial/CCTV/ELV procurement preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant industry/procurement experience will be considered.
