About the Role:
We seek a seasoned Instructional Design Manager with 10-12 years of experience who actively contributes to the creation of high-impact learning solutions while overseeing end-to-end delivery for global clients .
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and leadership skills
- Strong passion, a positive mind-set, and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Evolve
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and learner-centric design
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects in a quick-paced, client-driven environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
Knowledge of DAP platforms
