Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AR follow-up with US insurance companies, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Handle denial management, appeals, and resubmissions to reduce outstanding AR.
- Analyze claim rejections and underpayments; take corrective action per payer guidelines.
- Maintain solid understanding of RCM principles including claims processing and revenue cycle workflows.
- Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve complex claim issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in AR calling / medical billing in the US healthcare industry.
- Multi-speciality billing experience preferred.
- Strong grasp of insurance follow-up, denial management, and claims resolution.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with US insurance representatives.
- Graduates / Undergraduates eligible.
