Job Details :

- Role: Cardio Surgery II IVR Coding
- Experience: 1+ Year

- Package: Up to 12 LPA
- Notice Period: 3 Months
- Certification: Any

Key Responsibilities :

- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate code assignment.
- Perform accurate coding for Cardio Surgery / IVR procedures.
- Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines as applicable.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and process requirements.
- Identify missing or unclear documentation and follow appropriate query processes.
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
- Perform self-review to minimize coding errors.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines and process changes.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of relevant medical coding experience.
- Hands-on experience in Cardio Surgery or IVR Coding.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and coding guidelines.
- Any recognized medical coding certification is acceptable.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work from office in Hyderabad.
