Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop current business opportunities through effective field sales activities, identifying potential customers and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage existing customer accounts, providing exceptional service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for capital equipment sales, including market research, product knowledge, and competitor analysis.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple industries (OEM) to drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in industrial sales or related field sales role.
- Strong understanding of capital equipments/goods industry trends, products, and services.
- Proven track record in developing successful business development strategies.
