Job Title: TIG Welder / Spot Welder

Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma

TIG Welder Key Skills:

- TIG welding of sheet metal parts
- Weld setup & visual inspection
- Distortion control
- Basic NADCAP knowledge
- Drawing interpretation
- Basic dimensional measurement

Spot Welder Key Skills:

- Spot welding setup
- Electrode change
- Weld parameter checks
- Production reporting
- Basic NADCAP knowledge
- Drawing interpretation & dimensional measurement

Common Requirements:

- Basic English read & understand work instructions
- Shop-floor safety awareness
- Valuable attendance & discipline
- Teamwork and communication
