Recruit Advisors & Partners: Identify, interview, and onboard new insurance agents, financial advisors, or corporate/strategic partners to build a solid distribution network.

Sales Growth: Drive the agency network to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual premium revenue targets.

Experience: 2 5+ years of proven experience in insurance sales, agency management, or channel development.
