Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and modern AI frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
- Build Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
- Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Integrate AI models and services with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search frameworks.
- Develop scalable, production-ready AI and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Business Teams to solve business problems.
- Evaluate,



optimize, and monitor AI model performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
