What Were Looking For:

- Full Vehicle Crash Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in Frontal / Side Impact / VRU analysis
- Hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, ANSA, HyperWorks, PRIMER & MetaPost
- Solid knowledge of ECE, FMVSS & NCAP protocols
- Experience in Passive Safety simulations and design development
- Vehicle development & safety process knowledge
- BEV / Fuel Cell Vehicle exposure is an added advantage
- Optimization & data analytics experience is a plus

Role Highlights:

- Lead Passive Safety simulation activities
- Drive simulation-based design solutions
- Perform simulation-to-test correlation studies
- Support certification through simulation
- Develop automation/methods to reduce lead time & physical validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
