Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organisational values and ESG goals.
• Plan, execute and monitor CSR initiatives across education, healthcare, setting and community development.
• Build and manage relationships with NGOs, government authorities and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, documentation, reporting and governance requirements.
• Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programmes.
• Support CSR communication and branding through impact reports, success stories and effective storytelling.
Ideal Candidate
A CSR professional with strong experience in stakeholder management, project execution, CSR compliance and community engagement, along with the ability to independently manage CSR initiatives and build strong community partnerships.
