GMC Consumer Brands is expanding its FMCG distribution network across Rajasthan and is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead this growth.

YOUR ROLE

- Build and expand the distributor network across Rajasthan
- Appoint and develop distributors in new markets
- Drive primary & secondary sales
- Expand retail outlet coverage and product availability
- Manage distributor relationships, targets and collections
- Identify high-potential cities, towns and markets
- Track competitors, pricing and market opportunities
- Lead field execution and achieve monthly sales targets

WE ARE LOOKING FOR





- 3-8 years FMCG sales experience
- Strong distributor & traditional-trade network in Rajasthan
- Proven experience in market expansion and distributor appointment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly target-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
- Someone who thinks like a business builder, not just a salesperson
