Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy and supply chain management, to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and implement current modules or enhancements to existing systems using module testing techniques.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented changes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
