- Responsibilities:

- * Operate and monitor electric injection moulding machines during production.
- * Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.
- * Check product weight, appearance, dimensions and overall quality.
- * Identify and report defects, rejection and machine abnormalities.
- * Make basic machine adjustments to maintain consistent production.
- * Monitor mould operation and report any mould-related issues.
- * Maintain production and rejection records.
- * Keep the machine and work area clean and follow safety procedures.
- * Coordinate with the supervisor, quality and maintenance teams.
- * Ensure proper shift handover and smooth production.

- Requirements:

- * Mandatory: Previous experience operating electric injection moulding machines.
- * Experience in thin-wall injection moulding is preferred but not compulsory.
- * Basic understanding of injection moulding processes and machine parameters.
- * Willingness to work in shifts.
- * Ability to maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
