- Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily targets for sales performance and call handling efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO or related field (domestic calling).
- Any graduation degree (preferably B.Sc in Maths).
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work on Day shift (10 am - 7 pm M).
- Proficiency in outbound calling, telesales, telecalling, query resolution, and inbound voice processing.
