Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screening and shortlisting profiles as per client requirements.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Experience in NBFC recruitment.
Comfortable working from home with a laptop and secure internet connection.
