Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct rate analysis to determine material costs, labor rates, and other expenses for project estimation purposes.
- Develop schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 to track progress against planned timelines.
- Monitor cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in quantity surveying with expertise in bill of quantities preparation.
- Solid knowledge of cost control techniques, including rate analysis and budgeting.
- Proficiency in creating detailed schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 software.
