Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate and shortlist NGOs, implementation agencies and social-impact organisations for CSR initiatives.
- Understand CSR priorities and programme requirements from CSR, HR, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability and Foundation teams.
- Conduct NGO due diligence and partner evaluation based on capability, track record, geography, project experience, compliance and execution capacity.
- Manage NGO empanelment and CSR partner selection processes.
- Coordinate with shortlisted NGOs/agencies for proposals, presentations, commercials and project discussions.
- Support evaluation and finalisation of CSR projects and implementation partners aligned with organisational CSR objectives.
- Manage ongoing relationships with CSR implementation partners and external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and senior management for CSR project evaluation, approvals and execution.
- Develop and maintain a network of credible NGOs and implementation agencies across different CSR focus areas.
- Support CSR documentation, reporting, compliance and project follow-up.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 515 years of experience, with strong preference for direct Corporate CSR experience.
- Experience in NGO identification, evaluation, empanelment and implementation partner selection.
- Should have first-hand involvement in deciding or influencing which NGO/agency to engage and which CSR project to support.
- Relevant background in Corporate CSR, Corporate Foundation, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability/ESG, Social Impact, CSR Programme Management, NGO Partnerships or Corporate Philanthropy.
- Solid understanding of CSR project evaluation, partner due diligence and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams such as HR, CSR, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication and project management skills.
- Candidates whose experience is only within NGOs, without corporate-side CSR exposure, should not be the primary target.
