Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for IT operations management using tools like BigFix.
- Develop documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in Windows Server administration with expertise in managing large-scale enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies & GPOs.
- Experience with automation tools like BigFix or similar products is desirable.
