Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to handle customer queries and provide technical support via calls or chats. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and delivering timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve customer technical queries
- Troubleshoot system and application-related issues
- Ensure quick and effective resolution within SLA

Requirements:

- Mandatory: Proficiency in English & Hindi
- Basic technical knowledge (systems, networks, applications)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
