About the Role

CIEL HR is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various sales and service requirements.

Candidates with recruitment experience supporting industries such as FMCD, Cement, Paints, and other sales/service-driven sectors are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and bulk-hiring requirements.

Understand job requirements and hiring needs from internal teams/clients.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, location, and salary.

Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.

Handle bulk hiring and ensure recruitment targets are achieved within timelines.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers for requirement updates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and daily activity reports.

Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in bulk hiring is preferred.

Experience recruiting for Sales and Service roles will be an advantage.

Candidates with recruitment exposure to FMCD, Cement, Paints, or similar industries are preferred.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

Must have own laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
