Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis reports.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including subcontractor billing and client billing.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and RA bills.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes and ISC standards.
- Provide technical expertise on bill checking, billing engineering, and quantity estimation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
- Diploma or degree holder in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Proficiency in Sub Contractor Billing, Client Billing, BOQ preparation, Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Bar Bending Schedule creation.
