Role & responsibilities

- Support sales team in total solution offer to customers and fulfill technical solution delivery that meet customers needs
- Interaction between technical and commercial departments of the company, as well as relevant distributor services for projects
- Visit current and potential customers
- Respond to more complex technical questions regarding the organizations products and systems
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation
- Participate in trade shows and other company events when required

Preferred candidate profile

Engineer with 7+ years of experience in technical sales / application engineering. Should have worked in metal cutting tools industry.
