Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Participate in client calls and understand quality requirements, process expectations, and performance targets.
- Identify and implement effective methods to achieve quality targets in consultation with the Manager/Team Manager.
- Review individual AR billing transactions, including charts, claims, EOBs, and related documents, to identify errors.
- Provide daily feedback to employees on errors and areas for improvement.
- Coach and guide employees to minimize errors and improve overall performance.
- Conduct testing of files/batches for current clients and processes as part of process familiarization.
- Generate and maintain daily QC reports.

- Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma holder with good communication skills.
- 1–5 years of experience as a designated AMB AR QA.
- Only candidates with designated QA experience will be considered.
- Candidates should be currently working as an AMB QA or have recent relevant experience in an AMB QA role. Good knowledge of MS Office and QC report generation.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
