- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates

- 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

- Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

- Source and review resumes

- Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

- Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market

- Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

- Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

- Source and review resumes

- Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

- Match qualified candidates to open requisitions

- 3 Candidate Intake and Screening

- Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels

- Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists

- Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities

- 4 Automated Candidate Screening

- Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments

- Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria

- Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration

- 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics

- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data

- Provide recruitment administration and reporting support

- Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes
