We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our energetic staffing team. You will work closely with account managers and US clients to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent. Success in this role requires a solid grasp of US open roles, employment tax terms, and work authorization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from parsing requisitions to candidate submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Active Sourcing: Utilize professional platforms and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find active and passive tech candidates.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates while aligning with client budgets and margins.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate documentation, candidate notes, and submission trackers using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ceipal.
- Screening & Assessment:



Conduct initial phone or video screens to evaluate technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US positions.
- Visa & Tax Compliance: Navigate and screen candidates based on various US work authorizations (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) and tax/hiring models (W2, Corp-to-Corp/C2C, and 1099).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT/ Non IT staffing and recruitment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with US-based candidates and managers.
- US Staffing Knowledge: Clear understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C) and immigration/visa categories (H1B, OPT).
- Technical Awareness: Familiarity with common IT stacks (e.g., Java, AWS, Data Engineering, QA, Full-Stack Development).
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in US night shifts (EST/PST/CST time zones).
