We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience, responsible for providing high-quality customer service, driving sales of banking products, and supporting branch operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Drive sales of banking products and services to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the branch operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

Job Requirements
