We are looking for an Architect with a strong design background to support a strategic consulting assignment for a leading real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess architectural designs, plans and development proposals.
- Support feasibility studies, site assessments and development-related analysis.
- Coordinate with project and design teams and provide architectural inputs.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.Arch with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong design and architectural planning background.
- Good understanding of real estate development and project feasibility.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the client/project site in Gurugram
