Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to drive market expansion, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, and accelerate secondary sales growth within the assigned territory. The role involves developing channel partners, executing sales and marketing initiatives, forecasting business performance, and ensuring solid retailer engagement to increase market share. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of business outcomes.

What will you do?

- Expand and strengthen the dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Drive secondary sales growth through retailer engagement and market development activities.
- Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns and channel marketing initiatives.
- Increase market share and business contribution from key retailers in each town.
- Collaborate with distributors, sales officers, and channel partners to improve market coverage and sales performance.




- Implement channel engagement programs such as electrician loyalty/engagement programs and retailer activation initiatives.
- Prepare territory-wise sales plans and ensure effective execution to achieve business targets.

What are we looking for?

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in dealer development, distributor management, and channel sales.
- Experience in handling secondary sales and driving market expansion.
- Proven ability to execute sales promotions, retailer engagement programs, and market activation initiatives.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles thinking approach.
- High level of ownership, execution focus, and willingness to be hands-on in the field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
