We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience, responsible for providing high-quality customer service, driving sales of banking products, and supporting branch operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Drive sales of banking products, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services.
- Support branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.




- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
