Experience : At least 3 years of experience in Mortgage /LAP/Business Loan & Unsecured loan as a Branch Head
1.Should have knowledge of Business loan, Unsecured Loan.
2.Avg ticket size 50k to 2 Lac
3.ROI - 22 to 26% - should not be below 22%
4.Should be from an unsecured loan background .
5.Stability - should not be a Job hopper
6.Team handling role
