Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and sales.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance.
- Manage and supervise store staff.
- Handle customers and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory, stock and product display.
- Maintain store cleanliness and standards.
- Manage offline and online store operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Store/Retail Management.
- Graduate in any discipline related field.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of sales, inventory and POS systems.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours.
