Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technical designs for ITSM processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop CTA (Change, Problem, Incident) management processes, procedures, and templates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented ITSM solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in Solution Design & Engineering role with expertise in ITSM/ServiceNow implementation.
- Robust understanding of architecture principles and ability to apply them in solution design.
- Experience with CSM (Customer Success Management), HRSd (Human Resources Service Delivery), SecOps (Security Operations), ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
