We work with homeowners and businesses undertaking high-value renovation and construction projects, creating spaces that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
nWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can become the first point of contact for prospective clients and help convert inquiries into qualified opportunities for our design team.
Role OverviewnAs a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, qualifying prospects, understanding project requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales and design teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure a strong and efficient deal-opening process.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle inbound leads from social media, referrals, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.n




- Conduct initial qualification calls with prospective clients.n
- Understand project scope, budget, timeline, and requirements.n
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/design team.n
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM systems.n
- Track lead status and ensure timely communication.n
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the early stages of the sales cycle.n
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.n
- Generate regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.n
