Position Detai lsRol e: Senior Manager / Manager – Regional Training Manager Locatio n: Mumbai (THANE) Scop e: Responsible for managing and supporting training needs acros s multiple branch es within the region Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Facilitat ion Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employees Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required. Deliver learning effectively across bo th classr oom a nd virtual (VI LT) formats. Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions,



and ensure consistent training delivery. Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventio ns. Digital Learning & Content Creat ion Create clear, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modules Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formats Use tools li ke Ca nva and oth er AI-based to ols to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning material. Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experiences Stakeholder Management Work closely with Product Managers, SMEs, Operations, HR, and internal trainers to ensure accurate, updated training delivery Build strong working relationships with regional/branch managers to understand business priorities and capability needs Com
