Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Associate – Academic Delivery & Operations to manage the smooth delivery of academic programs across multiple centres. The role involves coordinating with trainers, Centre Heads, students, and internal teams to ensure effective class delivery, trainer performance, operational efficiency, and timely resolution of grievances. The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical understanding, communication skills, people-management abilities, and strong operational discipline. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT Trainers, Digital Marketing Trainers, Animation Trainers, and other academic resources across various centres.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery & Class Management
● Ensure smooth and timely delivery of classes across assigned centres.
● Monitor daily class schedules, trainer allocation, attendance, substitutions, and session continuity.
● Coordinate with trainers to ensure classes are conducted as per the planned curriculum and schedule.




● Monitor the quality and consistency of academic delivery across centres.
● Identify and address issues affecting class delivery, student learning, or trainer availability.
● Coordinate trainer replacements or alternative arrangements in case of absence or unavailability.
● Ensure trainers follow academic processes, classroom guidelines, and centre requirements.
2. Trainer Management
● Manage and coordinate a team of IT, Digital Marketing, Animation, and other technical/non-technical trainers.
● Maintain regular communication with trainers regarding schedules, curriculum, assignments, assessments, and operational requirements.
● Monitor trainer attendance, punctuality, availability, and overall performance.
● Coordinate onboarding and deployment of current trainers.
● Track trainer requirements across different centres and allocate resources accordingly.
● Collect and review trainer feedback and identify areas requiring improvement
