We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Databricks to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, data processing, and visualization, and will work closely with stakeholders to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and other ETL tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Perform data modeling and data integration tasks to enhance data accessibility and usability.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize data processing workflows.





Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Databricks and Spark for big data processing.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
