We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Head of Identity and Access Management Service Delivery.

Work Location: India (Hyderabad) / Poland (Krakow)

The Opportunity

As Head of IAM Service Delivery, you’ll set the strategic direction and provide global leadership for HSBC’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) service delivery function. You’re accountable for run-the-bank IAM outcomes, ensuring effective end-to-end execution of IAM control operations across the organisation.

IAM Service Delivery acts as Cybersecurity’s focal point for access-related operational activities, ensuring HSBC’s electronic assets are monitored, managed, and protected so that only authorised individuals with a legitimate business need can access or modify them—when required and in line with policy and control expectations.

This is a global leadership role, responsible for leading geographically distributed teams of IAM domain specialists and SMEs, partnering closely with technology and business stakeholders to drive operational execution, service performance, and delivery of the IAM strategy at pace.

• Build and lead globally distributed, multi-disciplinary IAM Service Delivery teams (span of control of 200+ colleagues), setting clear direction, operating model, and performance expectations.
