We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Policy and Procedures Manager
In this role, you will:
• Manage the delivery of agreed policy/procedure updates for the Advised (Financial Planning/Wealth Advice) Journey, from initiation through approval and publication.
• Draft, update and maintain policies, processes and procedures so they are clear, workable for frontline and operations, and suitable for governance review.




• Support the translation of regulatory obligations, key risks, audit outcomes, incidents and control testing findings into actionable documentation changes, with clear rationale and traceability.
• Maintain document governance: version control, review cycles, approval routes, decision logs, and audit-ready evidence. Use tooling effectively (JIRA/Confluence) to manage backlog, actions, artefacts and documentation repositories
• Deliver end-to-end change delivery using project management disciplines: plan milestones, manage dependencies, track actions/risks/issues, and escalate early when needed.
• Partner with key stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Controls, Technology, Wealth propositions and distribution) to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and secure timely approvals.
