Role Purpose:
Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM) partners with the Global Process Owner to drive the design, standardisation, optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of global cash and liquidity management processes, supporting the Finance Transformation agenda. The role provides expert guidance on cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking operations, treasury integration, financial controls, and automation opportunities to improve cash visibility, working capital efficiency, compliance,



and operational effectiveness. Working closely with Treasury, Financial Control, Shared Service Centres, Managed Service Providers, Digital and Technology teams, and business stakeholders, the SME leads process transformation initiatives from design through implementation and BAU transition, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outcomes. The role is also responsible for identifying risks and improvement opportunities, developing global standards, controls, performance measures, and reporting frameworks, while acting as a trusted advisor and deputy to the Global Process Owner on strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and process excellence activities across the global finance organisation.
