About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who is confident, proactive, and excellent at client communication. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, taking updates regarding pending payments, invoices, and payment timelines, and ensuring timely follow-ups.





The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients over calls and emails, maintaining payment trackers, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding pending payments and payment status.

• Follow up with clients for outstanding invoices and expected payment dates.

• Maintain accurate records of client payments, pending amounts, and follow-up status.

• Send payment reminders through calls, emails, and WhatsApp when required.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Understand and address basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams.

• Escalate delayed or long-pending payments to the reporting manager.

• Share regular payment and client follow-up updates with management.

• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts teams regarding invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
