4. Manage bedsheets, towels, laundry, and toiletries.
5. Check AC, TV, geyser, lights, fans, Wi-Fi, and other facilities.
6. Report and coordinate repairs for any maintenance issues.
7. Check rooms after checkout for damages or missing items.
8. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and property essentials.
9. Assist guests with requests and handle complaints professionally.
10. Ensure the entire property remains secure, organized, secure, and guest-ready at all times.
